Returns and Cancellations
We use the information you provide to us in connection with your use of our site (e.g., name, shipping/billing address, phone number, email address and credit card information) for internal purposes, such as confirming and tracking your order, spotting trends, and informing you about 80sTees and our partners. We maintain a record of your product purchases, and we may also share and/or cross-reference information about you, including, without limitation, contact information and data, with partners to enable them to contact you regarding products and services that may be of interest to you. We may contract with, and share and/or cross-reference such information and data with, third parties to provide certain services including, but not limited to, credit card processing, shipping, data management, security and information verification, and promotional services.
We may share your name and address with Third Party Marketing Partners to assist us with direct mail marketing (postcards, catalogs, brochures). These third party companies may use your name and address to assist other companies to send direct mail marketing to you as well. In English, you may get catalogs from companies you have never heard of because we share this data. We are not selling this data to Third Party Marketing Partners. We are sharing it to model our customers to help us find similar customers and they may decide that you are a good prospect to send a non-related direct mail piece to as well.
We may disclose information when required by law, to enforce our site policies, or to protect our rights, property or safety, and/or the rights, property, or safety of any third party. We may also share information with agencies or companies assisting in fraud protection or investigation, but we will not provide information to these agencies or companies for marketing or commercial purposes.
Please note that we do not alter our site's data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
Your Credit Card Number
We do not store your credit card information, nor do we have access to your credit card number. All credit card data is processed by a PCI-compliant third party payment processor.
Your Email Address
80sTees will not sell your email address. We will not contact you with promotional email unless you opt-in to our email list. We use your email address to send you transactional email messages. Transactional email messages include: Order Confirmation, Shipment Notification, Delivery Notification, Request for Product Reviews, and any other email communication needed to facilitate your order.
We use a number of services to send both transactional and marketing emails. These services store your email address for the purpose of maintaining your status as a subscriber, for the purpose of recording whether you have received and/or opened emails from us, and to ensure that all emails that were supposed to be sent to you were actually sent.
You will be given the option to add your email address to our mailing list when you place your order. We suggest you do, because we give out discount coupons and announce sales from our mailing list. You can unsubscribe from our marketing email list here.
Your Phone Number For Calling
We only call our customers if it is necessary to ask a question about an order. We do not sell or rent your phone number. We do not like getting sales calls, and we will not subject our customers to it.
Your Phone Number For Texting
If you begin the checkout process but do not complete an order our customer service representatives may text you to help assist with completion of the order.
We market via text message, but only if you have opted in to received text messages.

Text marketing: With your permission, we may send text messages about our store, new products, and other updates. Updates include Checkout Reminders. Webhooks will be used to trigger the Checkout Reminders messaging system.
Your Physical Address and Contact Information
Contact information from the order form is used to send orders, information and promotions from 80sTees.com. Periodically we may partner with other companies that want to send promotional material via the postal service to our customers.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide!
Canadian shipping: $9.99 USD plus $2.00 per additional item (to a maximum of $15.99)
All other international destinations: $10.99 USD plus $3.00 per additional item (to a maximum of $19.99)
Shipping totals will be calculated automatically at checkout.
Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied upon arrival in your country. Canadian GST/HST will be collected at checkout. All other international orders are shipped DDU (Duties and Taxes Unpaid). We do not collect duties, VAT, or other taxes and we cannot predict what the particular charges may be in your country. If you do incur additional charges, they must be paid before your package clears customs.
If there is a tax code that must be visible to customs officials in your country, please include it as part of your address at checkout. Order processing is automated and we are unable to manually add tax codes or other messages on your package. If you require more information about your country's particular policies, please contact your local customs office.
Also, please note that we are unable to mark packages as gifts or alter the dollar values of purchased goods.
Do you combine shipping for multi-item orders?
For domestic U.S. orders: $2.00 per additional item will be added to the shipping total, to a maximum shipping cost of $10.99
For Canadian orders: $2.00 USD per additional item will be added to the shipping total, to a maximum shipping cost of 15.99 USD
For all other international orders: $3.00 USD per additional item will be added to the shipping total, to a maximum shipping cost of 19.99 USD
How long will my order take?
Our products typically print and ship in under 4 business days.
Domestic U.S. orders: Will be sent USPS Priority Mail and will typically arrive in 10-14 business days. (Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated U.S. territories can take an additional 7-12 business days).
Canadian orders: Will be sent USPS Priority Mail and will typically arrive in 14-18 business days.
All other international orders: Will ship with Asendia and will typically take between 15-25 business days.
While we do our best to give accurate estimated delivery times, be aware that they are only estimates. we are relying on 3rd party suppliers and carriers and occasionally orders will take additional time.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
No. Expedited service is not available at this time.
If you require your order for a specific date, we ask that you leave ample time for delivery. We cannot accept returns for items that miss a target date such as a birthday if they arrive within our time estimates.
My order is late, what is happening?
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification and a tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please understand that we have no more information about its status than can be obtained from this tracking number.
If the estimated delivery date for your order has passed and you haven’t received your package, we ask that you remain patient. If the tracking is being actively updated, you can be assured it is on its way. If tracking is inactive or shows unusual activity, contact us at email@example.com. We assure you that you will receive your item(s)!
Generally, if there has been no activity on the tracking for 10 business days, we will assume the package has been lost or stolen and we will send a replacement.
Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product delivery address is correct and complete. Teedious takes no responsibility for packages lost due to errors in the delivery address provided to us.
Where does my order ship from?
The majority of orders will ship from fulfillment centres in San Jose, CA and Austin, TX. In rare instances, we may be required to ship from suppliers elsewhere in the U.S.A.
The tracking number indicates my package has arrived, but I didn't receive it, what can we do?
Teedious is no longer responsible for packages once they have been marked as delivered by the mail carrier.
If your tracking number indicates that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, you can contact your local post office/carrier to open a case and have them investigate further.
Can you include a greeting or message in the order package?
No. Unfortunately, our ordering process is automated and there is no way for us to accommodate personal messages.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Do you accept returns?
Teedious will accepts returns within 7 days of your orders arrival. Simply contact us at info@teeedious to make return arrangements.
When making a return, buyers are responsible for return shipping. All returned items must be in original, unworn, unused condition and must not be soiled or damaged in any way. A refund of your payment will be issued upon receipt and inspection of returned goods. Refunds will be credited to the payment source used for the initial transaction. Please note that initial shipping costs are the buyers responsibility and are non-refundable.
My item doesn't fit properly, can I exchange it for a different size?
Teedious will accept exchange requests, within 7 days of the date of your orders arrival. Please contact us at info@teeedious to explain your issue.
When making an exchange, buyers are responsible for return shipping. All returned items must be in original, unworn, unused condition and must not be soiled or damaged in any way. A shipment containing your replacement item(s) will be sent to you at our expense upon receipt and inspection of your returned goods. If there is a discrepancy between the cost of the original item and its replacement, your initial payment source will be charged for the price difference.
My order hasn't shipped yet, can I cancel it?
When your order is placed, it is automatically routed to our print provider's production schedule. At this point the order is considered 'in progress', and cannot be cancelled.
In some cases, if we receive a cancellation request immediately after the order, we may be able to catch it before it reaches the printer. We will attempt to cancel it, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee that any cancellation will be possible. We encourage customers to carefully review their order in the cart before committing to purchase.
What printing method is used on your shirts?
Teedious uses Direct-to-Garment printing technology (also known as DTG printing). The DTG printing process utilizes modified inkjet printers developed specifically for textiles and garments. DTG printers use specialized inks which are applied to textiles directly and absorbed by the fibers.
The DTG Printing process is unique, as it allows for cost effective 'one-off' outputs. This enables us to print a shirt design specifically for you, in the size and color of your choice without the need to maintain large product inventories.
What type of shirts do you use to print on?
All Teedious shirts are printed on GILDAN G5000 Heavy Cotton Tees.
The G5000 is among the most popular T-shirt blanks in the industry. It is a common choice among DTG printers due to its smooth printing surface and specially spun fibers which hold ink well. The G5000 is made from a sturdy, pre-shrunk, cotton blend and is known for durability and comfort. The shirt is considered unisex and can be worn by both men and women.

How do I choose a size?
Please refer to the Sizing Guide shown in the shirt's product page.
Be aware that sizes can vary between manufacturers. We encourage purchasers to refer closely to the sizing chart and choose their size carefully.
Where are your shirts made?
Our T-shirt blanks are made in various countries, including Honduras, Nicaragua, and the Dominican Republic using 100% U.S. grown cotton. All shirts are printed in, and will be shipped from the U.S.A.
Can my item be printed on a different style or brand of shirt?
No. We only offer what is shown in our listings.
Can the print be placed on the back of the shirt?
No. We only offer printing in the position shown in our listings.
Can I add custom elements such as a name to the shirt?
No. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer custom printing.
Do you offer reduced pricing for large orders?
Teedious uses DTG (direct-to-garment) printing on our products. This process is ideal for making ‘one-off’ custom prints cost effective. The flip side of this, is that there is not much of a cost saving in doing larger quantities. Each item will be printed individually without the reduced set-up costs of larger screen print runs. Unfortunately, this means we are unable to offer bulk rates for our products.
The one area of cost saving for larger orders is in shipping charges which are capped.
